One would think that it would be easy to fix and replace a baby blue toilet, blue scallop marble sink, blue and white tile and a sturdy metal BLUE tub! Gary told me that a metal tub would keep the water hotter than a new fiberglass model. He advised that the sink was not worth resurfacing.
